Welcome to puspaa.com. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. General

  • This website is owned and operated by puspaa (“we,” “our,” “us”).

  • These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.

  • We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Aahii.in.

  • If you are under 18, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed online through our website Puspaa.com.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

  • COD orders require order verification via call or message before shipping.

  • For online paid orders, we process and ship within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and government holidays).

5. Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on all orders.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Online paid orders: 3–5 business days

    • COD orders: 5–7 business days (after verification)

  • We use trusted logistics partners like DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon, Shadowfax, via Nimbuspost.

6. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

  • We offer no returns, only exchanges (unless a wrong or damaged product is received).

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange or return claims.

  • For approved refunds, the amount will be processed (minus shipping charges) within 7–15 business days after inspection.

7. Cancellations

  • Online paid orders: Can be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order.

  • COD orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours or during the verification call.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, etc.).

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and display settings.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal.
